jeff's brother wes in the same spot. they were on their way down from the summit.

camp muir (base camp) is about 10,000 feet. that is mike ball. he and his wife went with jeff and wes as well. the military used to use camp muir for snow training.

Mt. Rainier is over 14,400 feet.
